Comments:OA Section W3N (Five lodges from Northern California and Northern and Central Nevada) has announced that as part of the Conclave this year, the second annual “Conclave Mini-Trade-o-ree” will be held. The conclave is located at the Solano County Fairgrounds and there is lots of space to host the trade-o-ree in conjunction with the conclave. The site offers a central location with a variety of facilities and attractions. Plenty of tables and chairs will be available and everything can be secured at night. Typically about 300 scouts and scouters attend the conclave and there is always lots of trading going on, so it is only natural that a trade-o-ree is being organized again as part of the activities. All registered conclave participants will be able to spread out scout memorabilia on tables and sell as well as trade. Just register for the Conclave and let Trade-o-ree Chairman Craig Leighty ( know you will be coming and how many tables you would like (or if you have any questions). The conclave/trade-o-ree is located at the northern part of the San Francisco bay area and is easily accessible from one of the several bay area airports. The fairgrounds has easy access from Interstate 80 and there are many motels located nearby. An area for RV’s will also be available. To register, please use the conclave link ( to complete your registration . . . and don’t forget to let us know how many tables you would like.
