Comments:Table Reservations on a first come first served basis. For the last eight years, we have sold out our table, due to the space constraints in John C Whitehead Dining Hall, we have limited table sales to 40 in 2015, don’t dealy and be shut out. Location: John C Whitehead Dining Hall, Alpine Scout Camp – Alpine, NJ (exit 3 on the Palisades Parkway) As always this TOR will have free admission to all in order to help boost walk-in attendance. Kintecoying Lodge #4 has assumed the sponsorship for the long running Shu Shu Gah Lodge #24 TOR and the event will once more be held this November. Kintecoying Lodge will be conducting a live auction at the 2015 TOR. If you are interested in donating items for this auction, please contact me. We continue our efforts to publicize the TOR. Flyers have been or will be handed out at many of the upcoming local TOR’s, GNYC’s Summer Camp Ten Mile River, the Ten Mile River Scout Museum, the TMR Annual Alumni Day, the GNYC Program Kickoff, the Lodge newsletter, and other local Scouting events. We have also added a Facebook event for the TOR to try to tap into a different segment of the Scouting Community. Flyers or information will also be available in ISCA website, on various dealer lists, local Scout Camps, etc.

Comments:We have viable options for the location, but due to several factors beyond our control, the location of the 2016 TOR cannot be determined until a month or two prior to the given TOR dates. We are sorry about this uncertainty, but it cannot be helped. However, it will be resolved later this winter. Comments:Limited lodging is available in camp for dealers. $10.00 per bunk or $30.00 per 2 person room in our heated cabins. Tons of free parking, meals and snacks are available for purchase throughout the show. There will be a Scout Memorabilia Auction on Sat. starting at 1:00pm. The Trading Post and Camp Museum will be open throughout the show. This is a really fun event with a big turnout every year, last year was 56 Tables.
